Single-sided LCD panel -24"

The on-board internal passenger display panels based on industrial LCD displays are designed for installation in public passenger transport vehicles (public transport and public line transport) as an internal passenger information system.

The display units used are widescreen LCD displays with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels and an aspect ratio of 16:10.

The panel is controlled by an on-board computer via an Ethernet bus. Specialized software - CityScreenInfo - is supplied for creating scenarios (individual displayed sections) on the route on the LCD panels while driving. The software has a graphical user interface that allows easy and quick management and scenario creation for CityScreen LCD panels.

The panels have electronic precision light control according to the ambient light intensity. LCD backlight control ensures low power consumption and extends panel life (minimum 50,000 hours). The board can thus have an average (not maximum) consumption of only 15 W!

Panel design

The mechanical design is identical for both types, the difference is in the use of control units.

• MASTER: VCS240c.AEM-01.M - Main, control panel. It is equipped with a control unit providing communication and data display. This panel can operate independently, or a SLAVE type panel can be connected to it to which image data is sent for display. This panel is equipped with a terminal block for supplying power to the SLAVE panel.
• SLAVE: VCS240c.AEM-01.S - secondary panel, must be connected to a MASTER type unit. It is used to display the same information as the MASTER. This panel is equipped with a simpler control unit that is used only to display incoming data from the MASTER panel.
