On-board computers EPC 5.0KS

The EPC 5.0KS on-board control and recording computer is based on the parameters of the EPC 5.A control unit and has most of the same parameters as the EPC 5.A - see the description of the general parameters of the EPC 5.A computers. Due to the use for camera systems, there is a separation of the disk for the operating system and for the camera recordings and the unit is extended with a second recording SSD. The camera system application has been adapted to communicate with the BOS - KS central surveillance.

This unit is adapted to the function of the camera systems, i.e. it is equipped with:

• the second SSD has a capacity of up to 4 TB, which is the length of recording from up to 16 cameras for about 8-10 days
• the second SSD is hot swappable - it can be swapped out during operation and is secured with a lock
• the status of each camera is indicated by an LED
• on-board computer can use interval wake-up when the vehicle is stopped
• includes an auxiliary DIP switch with selectable functions
• Includes DVI-HDMI interface for connecting a remote LCD terminal
• ETH is connected via M12 connectors - 1 GB using x coding, 100 MB using D coding
• includes RS 485 interface for connecting the OV-01 control keypad including +12V power supply with 800mA fuse
• 4x isolated inputs, including 1x switching input for signal input (Key or Vehicle Start)
• 4x isolated output, including 2x power supply +24V/800mA and 2x switching to zero (+36V/200mA)
• 1x power output for cameras and switches (+24V/10A) - HW and SW fuse can be set
• special control application designed for control of camera systems
