BSV TR-14
The trolleybus controlled unit over the RS-485 bus of the BSV system is characterized by FSK modulation in the area above 120 kHz (free band according to General License No. VO-R/10.3.2007-4 Article 10 with a transmission rate of 4800 bit/s. The length of the transmitted payload information is typically 36 bits. Security is by CRC-12 code. A rate of 4800 bit/s means that one data frame is transmitted in about 15 ms. In that time, the trolleybus travels a distance of 15 cm at 36 km/s.
